Routing

Gate-Suite goes new paths when it comes to mail routing. You create a routing object and integrate it in different places. The routing object can comprise of one or more server. If multiple target servers are specified, either a random mode or a fallback mode decides on the order of delivery.

Pure flexibility

Similarly, time or location operated rules per cluster member are possible. The cluster are able to route emails internally to other cluster locations whithout respecting MX entries. Gate-Suite knows inbound and outbound  domain based or user based SMTP routing. Furthermore, policy routing is supported.

Policy routing

Instead of classical definition of a server for final delivery – what is also possible of course – you decide on the policy management through the implementation of routing entries freely and flexibly whether and under what circumstances email traffic is redirected or even copied and sent to different destinations.
